Boston-based designer with over 15 years experience designing and art directing magazines, books and other print publications. Located on the north shore, my studio handles a wide variety of editorial design projects. My strength in editorial design is that, unlike many designers, I think like an editor. Design is never JUST about looking good, it is about reinforcing or adding a new dimension to the text, presenting an appropriate visual tone, guiding the reader— AND looking good. I have worked on projects covering a wide variety of subjects including education, business, travel, financial services, health, sports, arts & entertainment, fashion, home design, and career services. In addition to editorial design, we also do media kits, brochures, direct mail, and other marketing projects for publishers and corporate clients.
