NORTHEAST FLAVOR is a new regional quarterly magazine about food, wine and dining, scheduled to debut in November. According to foliomag.com it is, “the brainchild of Spencer Smith and Jean Kerr, owners of culinary book publishing outfit Smith-Kerr Associates.” Smith is the publisher, while Kerr, a cookbook author and former editor of TASTE OF THE SEACOAST magazine, is editor-in-chief.
